On the 21st of November at the opening of the formative year, ELIS Centre proposed to the mayor Walter Weltroni to undertake the re-building and the maintenance of the ancient Pincio’s Hydrochronometer, built and placed in its seat in Villa Borghese in 1873. The Water Clock has been re-built free for Commune of Rome by ELIS school of Watchmaking, Goldsmith, Mechanics and Multimedia
